SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPPING INFORMATION
14SAINTDENIS ships globally via DPD, PostNL, DHL, UPS and Fedex. Please note that courier may not be available in all regions. Upon checkout fill your address to see available shipping methods. All orders are dispatched from 1 to 3 days and delivered with the courier company to your door unless otherwise stated. Deliveries take from 4 to 7 days depending on your location when dispatched with courier company.

FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER 300 EUROS
Our shipping fees are in flat rate.The fees are as follows:
The Netherlands & Belgium: €10 (1-3 working days)
European Union: €20 (3-5 working days)
Rest of World: €35 by Fedex (4-7 working days)
Shipments are dispatched Monday to Friday, 9AM-5PM.
Russian Federation – We currently do not delivery to Russian Federation.
The shipment period begins with the placing of the order at the courier agency. Keep into consideration that some countries may limit the delivery of certain elements. 14SAINTDENIS isn’t responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. After placing the order you will receive successful confirmation e-mail with the information of the order. Within 1-3 days you will receive tracking & delivery information including a tracking code and a link to see your item location and progress.
VAT is included for Europe. Custom taxes and duties may apply for the rest of the world.
14SAINTDENIS aims to provide best customer satisfaction and all taxes & duties are included in the price of the goods you purchase in European Union. Custom duties, taxes and fees are exclusive in the stated prices for all countries outside European Union. In case the order wasn’t shipped successfully because of incorrect information, provided by the customer (contact number, address, etc.) of if the customer doesn’t accept the shipment, the shipping is still at the expense of the customer. We will keep the sum for the shipping expenses (the returning of the product as well) from the total order sum.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want all our customers to be satisfied with their experience at 14SAINTDENIS. Should you for any reason be unhappy with our delivered goods, you have the right to return or exchange the purchased items within 14 days after the arrival of the goods. Items must be returned to the Netherlands in the same condition and state as received.
Follow the steps below to return your purchase via courier:
1. Email us at info@14saintdenis.com to clarify whether you wish to exchange or return items.
2. Provide us with the information on the items you would like to exchange or return.
3. Next we will send you the address and details for the return package.
4. Once we've emailed you the information, pack the return items and send them. Email us the tracking number or shipping receipt.
5. Once we've received and examined the items, we will process any further steps.
Exchanges are free of charge. However, a shipping fee will be applied for dispatching the exchanged items. The return cost is a flat rate fee of 35€ and will be deducted from your refund.
WHEN FUNDS ARE RECEIVED BACK?
For all international deliveries, please allow up to 5-14 days for your package to reach us, then a further 5-7 working days for refunds & exchanges to be processed. This time period can be shorter depending on the return delivery via courier.
